Materials

  • 1.5 oz White Rum - Orange Pepper or Ginger Lime infused
  • 0.75 oz Dolan Blanc Sweet Vermouth
  • 0.25 oz Orange Curacao
  • 0.25 oz Grenadine
  • 3 dashes Blackstrap Bitters
  • 0.5 oz Spice Pineapple Oleo
  • 1 slice Pineapple
  • Ice

Instructions

  • Stir all ingredients in a mixing glass filled with ice. Strain into a chilled coupe. Express and discard orange swath. *SAGE INFUSED DOLIN BLANC
    Place 8 leaves of fresh sage into 1 750ml bottle of Dolin Blanc Vermouth and let rest for 1 hour. Taste at that time and let it infuse longer if you want a stronger sage flavor.
