Materials

  • 0.75 oz White Rum - Pineapple Jalapeno infused
  • 0.75 oz Dark Rum - Orange Pepper infused
  • 0.75 oz Pineapple Juice
  • 3 dashes Aperol Bitters
  • 3 dashes Blackstrap Bitters
  • 0.5 oz Spice Pineapple oleo
  • 1 Slice Pineapple
  • Rocks

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a shaker filled with ice, shake well, and strain into a rocks glass with a large ice cube. Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
