- 1.5 oz White Rum – Orange Pepper or Ginger Lime infused
- 0.75 oz Dolan Blanc Sweet Vermouth
- 0.25 oz Orange Curacao
- 0.25 oz Grenadine
- 3 dashes Blackstrap Bitters
- 0.5 oz Spice Pineapple Oleo
- 1 slice Pineapple
- Ice
Instructions
- Stir all ingredients in a mixing glass filled with ice. Strain into a chilled coupe. Express and discard orange swath. *SAGE INFUSED DOLIN BLANCPlace 8 leaves of fresh sage into 1 750ml bottle of Dolin Blanc Vermouth and let rest for 1 hour. Taste at that time and let it infuse longer if you want a stronger sage flavor.
