Materials
- 0.75 oz White Rum – Pineapple Jalapeno infused
- 0.75 oz Dark Rum – Orange Pepper infused
- 0.75 oz Pineapple Juice
- 3 dashes Aperol Bitters
- 3 dashes Blackstrap Bitters
- 0.5 oz Spice Pineapple oleo
- 1 Slice Pineapple
- Rocks
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a shaker filled with ice, shake well, and strain into a rocks glass with a large ice cube. Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
