For those people that want to kick it up a notch, this chilli infusion will give you the spice you want without overpowering the drink. Fukamushi Sencha is the base. It hails from southern Japan, boasting a deep oceanic umami flavour. The leaves are steamed at a much higher temperature than other teas, then rolled dry to break the leaves. Adding to this complex flavour profile are the sharp and fruity kick of pink peppercorns and red pepper flakes. Rounding out the flavour is the citrus sweet of orange peels.
Ingredients: Fukamushi, Dehydrated Orange Peel, Brazilian Pink Peppercorns, Red Pepper Flakes.
